2016 School Fees Statement (Issue 4 - 2016)

The College has emailed fee statements for the 2016 school year to all families using the email addresses held by the College. If you have not received your statement please contact the Finance Office and we will ensure one is forwarded to you.

Changes in B-Pay details
Following the amalgamation of College finances which took place in January this year all families have been given new
B-Pay details. If you pay your fees through B-Pay please check your fee statement for these new details and update your banking records accordingly.

Payment of fees - Term 1
Term 1 fees, amounting to one-third of the total year fees, are due for payment by the 31 March 2016 and families are reminded that if you have not made other payment arrangements with the College then payment is due by this date.

The payment of fees is a major proportion of the College income, and payment of the full year's fees is expected for all students by the end the school year. You are reminded that the College uses the services of Cole Accounting to follow-up parents/caregivers who are falling behind with the payment of fees.

Full Year Payment
Parents/Caregivers looking to receive the 5% off of tuition fees as an Early Payment discount must pay the whole year's fees in full on or before the 31 March 2016. Please contact the College Finance Office should you require the College to calculate the discount and payment amount for you if you need.

Fee Assistance
Any parent/caregivers who are not in a position to pay their fees within the terms set out in our 2016 Finance Information booklet sent out last year should contact the Finance Office to discuss their situation.
