Finance Information: 2017 School Fees (Issue 2 2017)

Fee Statements with 2017 fee information were emailed to all Parents/Carers at the end of Week 1 of this term. Anyone who has not received their statement should contact the College so your contact details can be updated.
Payment of fees are an essential part of the College budget and cash-flow requirements, and you are reminded that the payment of them is also part of the enrolment contract you have entered into when you enrolled your child(ren) at Sacred Heart College.
Parents/Carers are reminded that the College offers a 5% discount on Tuition Fees less sibling discount if you pay all fees by 31 March 2017. Should you need assistance in calculating the amount you owe, please contact the College Finance Office on 8350 2500.
Should you not be paying via a regular payment plan, we require 1/3 of your total account to be paid by 31 March 2017. Any Parents/Carers wishing to set up a repayment arrangement to pay their fees over the remainder of this year are also asked to contact the College Finance Office to arrange it.
Parents/Carers who believe they are eligible for School-Card are reminded that they must complete a DECS School Card application for approval to be obtained. Forms for the 2017 school year are available from the College Finance Office.
Finally, any Parents/Carers struggling with the payment of their fees need to contact the College to discuss. The College expects the full year's fees to be paid within the school year, with arrangements needed to be made if this is not going to occur.
