Written on the 20 September 2018

Congratulations to Aidan Beerworth, Dustin Betts, Harrison Francis, Hamish Joyce, Lachlan Shinnick (Year 7), Liam Hamilton, Daniel Mann, Lachlan McCudden and Bowen Payne (Year 8) whose team, PHOS Camden U13's, became the SANFL Juniors Division 1 South Premiers on Sunday 9 September - PHOS 8.9 (57) d Plympton 7.6 (48). Season awards were also presented to: Harrison Francis - Best Defending Player; Daniel Mann - Best Team Man; and Bowen Payne Most Consistent. Well done boys!

Congratulations to Jayden Betterman (Year 8) on being the recipient of the FFSA 2018 Best First Year Junior Referee. Jayden was also given the honour of being the shadow referee at the National Premier League final on Saturday at Coopers Stadium. Jayden has been an exceptional contributor to the CEA program by refereeing school matches, including First XI games.

Congratulations to Noah Haskett (Year 8), Declan Beckett, McKenzie Cooper, Harrison De Palma, Ryan Morris, Jack Perkins and Zac Semmler (Year 9) who have been selected to complete in the U15 Boys & Girls Lacrosse Nationals in Melbourne this September/October. All the best boys!

Congratulations to Owen Gladdy (Year 9) who was selected for the U15 Australian Water Polo team. They headed to Montenegro and Serbia in July to compete in the 12th Darko Cukic Memorial Tournament, which is the biggest international tournament for boys in this age group. Australia placed 7th out of the 13 teams. It was a big three weeks of training and games and gives the boys a taste of what is involved in the European tour circuit when they reach the older age group.

Congratulations to these students!
