SA Triathlon Championships
A group of 30 Champagnat and Marcellin students travelled to West Lakes to compete in the SA School Sport Triathlon Championships. In trying conditions, our students once again went above and beyond managing to win the Sam White Trophy for the Best Overall School for the second year in a row. Due to the excessive heat the Intermediate and Senior courses were reduced in length, but the conditions still proved challenging.

SA School Team Relay Swimming Championships
Last night, Sacred Heart College competed in the SA School Team Relay Swimming Championships at the SA Aquatic Centre. A fantastic result with Sacred Heart winning the overall girls competition shield and the Year 9/10 Boys competition. Congratulations to all of our swimmers, a fantastic effort!
Knockout Sport Results
Round 1 of the Year 8/9 Knockout 20/20 Cricket competition was held last Friday at Kingswood Reserve. SHC 2/175 defeated Unley High School 10/41 with Harry Hosking best making 49 runs and taking 4 wickets.

It’s been a great start to the 2021 Summer Sports Season at Sacred Heart for all sporting teams competing weekly as well as those competing in inter school events. The program moving forward forecasts numerous key events particularly for Swimming, Athletics and Surfing. We look forward to reporting on our Term 1 teams at the conclusion of their season at the end of Week 10!
