From the Principal (Friday 4 February)

To our Sacred Heart Community

Week 1

Well, Week 1 has come and almost gone!

In light of the restrictions, we have good reason to be proud of our students and staff who have engaged fully as the teaching and learning commenced in earnest both on campus and online.

As usual, there are a few pieces of housekeeping which follow. Importantly, please note that we will conduct the scheduled campus Welcome Evenings virtually via Google Meet (Webinar).

Virtual Welcome Evenings (Week 2)

The campus Welcome Evenings are aimed at presenting Sacred Heart College’s key staff, an overview of our Marist Ethos, teaching & learning expectations/provisions, and approaches to student well-being.

The evenings will also have an opportunity to ask questions via the Q&A feature. Please note, if you are unable to join the Google Meet, a recording will be made available to families the following school day. Details of both campus Welcome Evenings can be found below:

Marcellin Campus (Tuesday 8 February at 7.00pm)

Champagnat Campus (Thursday 10 February at 7.00pm)

So, let’s hope that we receive greater clarity in regard to the return to school for all students over the coming week – especially for our boarders!

Enjoy what is looking like a pristine Adelaide weekend.
