Year 12 SACE Results 2021

We are delighted to report that our Year 12 students achieved excellent results, both in the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and with their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR).

We are confident that our graduating students are well equipped as independent learners and well-rounded young adults to take on the challenges that exist beyond Sacred Heart in the years ahead.

99.7% of the eligible Year 12 students enrolled at Sacred Heart College (318 students) successfully completed their SACE in 2021. This accounts for nearly 2000 successful students in the past 6 years.

We appreciate your patience as we experienced a delay in receiving the finalised Year 12 SACE Results for 2021. This was due to University of Adelaide HeadStart Results which were processed by the SACE Board early this afternoon.

It is fitting that, in the spirit of Christmas, $15,000 was forwarded from the funds raised by the Hearts Community to Marist Solidarity for distribution to Marist projects across the communities we used to visit as part of the Immersion Program.

The Marist Communities of India/Sri Lanka, The Philippines and Fiji continue to struggle with the challenges prevailing in the developing world, let alone a pandemic. These funds have been gratefully received and well done to the numerous staff and students who contributed to this worthy project – solidarity with our sisters and brothers across our region of the world.

Every seven or eight years the school year finishes earlier in December and commences the following year in late January. This is one of those years which means that in addition to the blessings of Advent – peace, hope, joy and love – the College staff and students can enjoy some extra time and space as respite from the demands of the past two ‘COVID’ years!

Merry Christmas to all of the Hearts Community!
